Our journey began when Cameron and Chavonne Stewart recognized an opportunity to bring their specific skills and passions together to make a significant impact in the real estate and community development space. Thus, CS Real Estate Solutions was born, founded on a shared vision of revitalizing distressed properties and fostering vibrant communities in Southern California and Metro Atlanta, GA.
With Cameron’s extensive background in sales, marketing, and business operations, paired with a Business degree from Tuskegee University and his executive education from Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management Program, he drives the strategic vision of our company. Cameron’s prior experience of owning and operating a healthcare ancillary company for over 18 years is also at the core of our specialized service offering for the healthcare sector.
Chavonne, with her license in realty and the founder of Exposher, Inc., a non-profit mentorship organization, brings a deep commitment to community service and an intimate understanding of the real estate market. Her passion for creating opportunities in underserved communities is reflected in every project we undertake.
Together, they have created a dynamic, community-oriented real estate investment firm that is not only profitable but also makes a tangible, positive impact on the communities we serve. Through CS Real Estate Solutions, they’ve turned their vision into reality, one project at a time.

Cameron Stewart, co-founder of CS Real Estate Solutions, is a seasoned real estate professional and dynamic business leader. He holds a Business Degree from Tuskegee University with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing, further augmented by his successful completion of the Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2023.
Cameron brings to the table an impressive blend of academic excellence and practical experience. His strong business acumen, derived from his educational background, is complemented by a deep understanding of the real estate market.

In addition to his exceptional educational credentials, Cameron is a licensed General B Contractor in the State of California. His experience and skills in the contracting sphere give CS Real Estate Solutions the ability to rehabilitate distressed properties efficiently and cost-effectively.

Chavonne Stewart
Chavonne Stewart is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CS Real Estate Solutions. Her multifaceted professional journey has imbued her with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, spanning market trends, property valuation, and effective negotiation.
As a licensed Realtor in the state of California, Chavonne oversees the acquisition, leasing and management of our diverse portfolio of properties. Her robust operational strategies ensure that every project aligns with our mission, furthers our vision, and ultimately contributes to community development.
In 2008, Chavonne founded Exposher, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit mentorship organization dedicated to empowering high-school girls in the Greater Los Angeles area. The organization focuses on academic excellence, career achievement, and personal development, seeking to bridge gaps often experienced by girls from underserved communities. Chavonne’s dedication to creating nurturing environments that foster creativity, passion, and self-care is a testament to her unwavering commitment to serving underserved communities. This passion resonates in her role at CS Real Estate Solutions, where she leverages her real estate acumen to revitalize neighborhoods and create positive socio-economic change.
